Overall Satisfaction with Canto
It's used for the legal department only. We use it to share all the information with our teammates so they can easily access, download, and work in an easier way than go to the physical documentation. And, due to the pandemic working from home, Canto solves all the documentation needs for everyone.

- Better control on users and use on the platform.
Even though they might sound alike, Canto gives better options regarding filing and using documents. And, customer service makes a big difference. They are always there to help in any situation you might have to solve ASAP. Also, the pricing adjusts to your needs; they have a plan just for you.

8 - we are the legal department of the company, and we have the control for contracts and significant documents for a daily basis, some of the team are not in the same city so it helps so much to have the documents ready for everyone.
2 - 2 people are in charge of having canto well organized just to make sure everything is going where it belongs.

Yes - Our google drive, because canto has better and easier ways to organize our documentation for a frendly access for everyone

the price compared to other software, the assistance they have and how friendly is to use, we dont need a lot to make our best from this program
I think if we wolud have to, we would choose again canto, is still our best option for organization
