Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ is being used across the entire organization to recognize and display commissions. RevOps is the primary owner of it and then all commissioned employees access it to view their current On Target Earnings.
  • Quickly review payouts
  • Start an inquiry if you have a question
  • Understand overall commission plan management
  • More auto generated KPI's would be nice (ex. biggest deal etc.)
  • More sorting features in the statement itself so you can play around with different views
  • Inqueries
  • Statements
  • Plan Management
  • RevOps spends less time actually managing the delivery of statements
  • Users spend less time having to ask questions and/or try to understand what is being paid to them
  • Xactly Commission Expense Accounting (CEA)
CaptivateIQ was much easier to use than Xactly.

Insofar as sharing the information around commissions, I don't see a scenario where CaptivateIQ wouldn't be suited. It is a very straightforward and easy tool to utilize and allows all commissioned employees to quickly come in and understand their monthly/quarterly payouts as it pertains to the companies performance.
