Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

I use CaptivateIQ to calculate my quota commissions. In my other companies that did not use CaptivateIQ, we had a complicated and non-transparent commission structure, that led to delays in payments and ultimately distrust in the system. CaptivateIQ clears all those problems up and makes sure that I get paid on time, accurately.

Pros

  • Provide monthly statements that are easy to navigate & understand
  • User Experience. Very easy to read and easy to use
  • Instant CRM synchronization

Cons

  • Inquires can be mailed to business email.
  • Easier to access detail breakdown by deal closed
  • Consistency in graph coloring
  • Monthly commission processing
  • Dashboard is user friendly
  • Great transparency on commissions
  • Easy to use interface

I believe CaptivateIQ would be great for any sized organization, but specially great for the larger companies who are scaling or scaled. Sales teams will love the product and I believe will be the last product that companies will need to track commissions.
