Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

as a user in Ceipal ATS we use to screen the resume and shortlist the candidate and review the candidate. we use to scheduling the interview for various candidate and submit the resume to client and based on the feedback we use to submit various upcoming client. sourcing the resume is our major use in it

Cons

  • duplicate of resume to be reduced
  • resume without any information (blank)
  • if the file is more its not getting uploaded no proper information about it
  • the major positive point is multiple portal to source the resume
  • scheduling the interview of the candidate is easy
  • review the candidate is very easy
  • negative will be due to blank resume we loss our credentials
Monster, Dice, TechFetch and carrier builder and integrated search where involved in Ceipal ATS. JobDiva where i used as a ATS in my previous years. where i found Ceipal ATS is the best among other ATS. the quality seams to be better than other ATS due to inbuild integration of portal.
Ceipal ATS is best user interface where it make our manual effort less by automating the tasks. the interface where we use to source the resume and screen the resume , where its used to scheduling the interview and feedback of the candidate. the overall usability is the best based on its interface
the only reason we use Ceipal ATS is that integration of various portals and easy user interface, its very useful for client submission and find out the duplicate resume and scheduling the interview. where other ATS where we don't get much user interface

when we submit the resume from the portal using large size its not getting submitted to client and there is not proper information why the profile is not getting submit. when we source the resume we receive blank profile where our credential get less, so we request to add attional credential.
