Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We typically use central to remote into agents' computers to assist them with setup during training or to have engineers assist us with issues we don't understand. Central is utilized for us to more easily work together without using screen share in a program like Zoom where we can't take control of our agent's desktop.

Assists with installation and training remotely
Allows us to troubleshoot issues that are out of our scope of expertise
Is easy to navigate

Messy display on main screen
Stealth mode is a little unnerving with privacy (which I understand is necessary for opsec)
A bit pricey for smaller companies

Allows IT to monitor employee activity

Usability

It's clean, easy to use, and overall user-friendly software. It has multiple applications across many departments but has very few barriers in its design overall.

Reliability and Availability

I have only had one instance in my time using Central that I was unable to use as expected and I believe it was human error and not the software itself. It has been very reliable overall.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is well suited for our IT to be able to solve problems quickly and easily for employees who are less tech-savvy. If you don't use a lot of sensitive software or have complicated issues this may not be for you. While I can see benefits in-house, I think this is better suited in remote situations.
