Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Central

We give it to end-users to remotely access their PCs. Remote access and work from home.

Pros

  • Simple remote access from almost every device
  • Provisioning
  • Security
  • Remote printing

Cons

  • It really does exactly what we need!
  • During initial COVID, we got all of our clients' users working from home using LogMeIn Central! It made us an invaluable partner for our clients.
  • LogMeIn Central is part of our business offering. Without it we would be at a competitive loss.
I don't think it gets any easier.
Ten years and we have never had an issue.
We have always found that our clients preferred LogMeIn Central even if they had to pay a little more [for] it! The interface is simple to use, and it's available for so many different platforms.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Bitwarden, Atera
It is controlling access to multiple people across multiple organizations. One account can manage multiple groups and computers. In our case, each group is a separate company. This makes it easy to give and control access to end-users. Remote users need the ability to print locally. This works very well with LogMeIn Central.
