Chorus is one of our most useful tech tools. We use it daily for call review, handoffs, customer voice, and onboarding. Almost every member of the team has at least a listener seat. It's used in onboarding across the org to get folks up to speed fast on the product & customer voice. One of our best investments.

Fits perfectly w/ Hubspot and integrates well w/ Gcal. No issues here.
A lot of product issues were highlighted which sped up the time to change on the engineering side. Has increased our innovation speed. Cut down on onboarding time!
When it was just, CS support was great. To be honest, I feel that once they got bought by ZoomInfo it has been an ABSOLUTE mess. This isn't Chorus's fault really.

Very comparable. Chorus was cheaper, to be honest!
