Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Jabber
We use Cisco Jabber for our phone calls to clients and prospects. However, the reporting isn't always accurate and the transcription services aren't correct 100% of the time. We are actually looking to switch to a new company.

We are considering moving to Five9 instead of Cisco Jabber. It seems to have more functionality and better integration with our other applications and software.
