We use this application to communicate with customers. We have this application installed on our business computer. We can use this application everywhere. This application is very good because of the good sound quality and reliability. We never have complaint about the sound quality when we use this software.This is the reason we keep using it.

The cisco jabber is the best compared to genesys cloud . I try a lot of different software to replace the regular phone at the office. For me, this is the best for its reliability and simplicity. It does what it need to be. Good sound quality for the customers. Never complaint about sound quality from the customers.

We make sure that ll employees are able to be self sufficient and productive . Doing webex meetings allow us to share our knowledge to best serve our customers . We make follow up on our goals and make sure all the people are working well and they are productive by showing using WebEx meeting all the metrics .
By using the cisco webex meetings software , we have to create an invitation and send it by email to the people you want . You can create a meeting for one on one meeting or create a group meetings as well . It is easy to understand how it work. Very good software .
We choose this software because we use cisco jabber as well that is part of the same brand to call and use it as an ip phone line . We can make call with cisco jabber . And the quality of sound is very good . We don't have complaint about poor quality audio .

We use microsoft teams as well to communicate by sending text message directly from one employee to another. This is faster than sending email and waiting for reply . With all the software we have , it is easy to work from home or at the office . We can share files ,video meetings, manage phone calls using the computer . No need to have cell phone for the business .

The most important thing is the reliability and the good sound and video quality . The sound quality is very good . And also the WebEx video is working good as well . We can make webex meetings with other organization by opening a web browser . They don't need to install any software .
I will consider the same criteria that is to provide good quality of video and audio And also to be easy to use and easy to install as well .
