Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use Webex as a primary communicator in our organisation which helps in our day to day’s activities on virtual calls, presentations etc., especially at the current situation where everyone is bound to working from home. Webex provided us uninterrupted support during these times without a downtime faced in the past 2 years of pandemic work from office situations.

  • Wide range of reaction support like Slack.
  • Permanent status instead of temporary.
  • Faster communication which saves lot of time.
  • Faster file sharing for productivity.
  • Quality of calls which enhances user experience.
Its used and fully integrated in my office across all conference rooms and its user base are Company wide, all users, all departments, sales, HR, etc., my company has 10,000+ user base everyone uses WebEx as their primary communicator. It’s highly integrated and well equipped to provide seams less experience

Easy to achieve my full office space is configured with cisco webex systems
Easy to use without any complications. The quality of calls is always better when compared to others. User-friendly, it can be easily explained to a customer for one-time use and there are no glitches or downtimes faced. Highly secured without any breach of privacy Wide variety of customisation options on call quality.

Well suited in work-from-home situations. I would say Webex is my virtual communication and social gathering place with my colleagues and I never remember facing a downtime using webex in those work-from-home years due to Covid. But there are still a few areas where there is always room for improvement for Webex that I have mentioned in my previous points.

Using Webex App

Webex is a great tool for communication and calls which helped me, my peers, and my company without any compromise in quality or issues. I highly recommend other organisations to switch to Webex as their primary communication tool and, like every software, Webex also has needed a few improvements but I am not seeing any that are immediate. Kudos to the Webex developers for the amazing software.
