Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Calling
They have been so knowledgeable in helping us get to know the product and have been easy to get a hold of when needed. They also follow up very well to make sure that the problem was solved and the product is working as expected. And the reviews that they do of tickets really helps us see what our main problems are and how we can train our users better.

These are all very similar products. But in the end since we were using Webex Meetings and some Teams usage we have already kind of bought into the Cisco dream and suite of products so it just made sense. These other products are good but Webex Calling was above the rest because we could integrate it the easiest.
Our entire company will be using this product as many years ago we eliminated desk phones and hardware surrounding that. So this soft phone, cloud based solution hits all the major points that we need from a telephony solution and does it with seamless integration into the other Cisco products that we currently use. So this was a slam dunk win win win.
