Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Calling

Cisco Webex Calling is being used by some individuals within the organization. Although we do have another default product (Microsoft Teams), there are several online meetings with our clients and suppliers that are held with Cisco Webex. Using another tool gives us more flexibility on a daily basis.

  • Works well across different platforms

  • Local support
  • Not so friendly for installation
  • Helps me when other competitors are not working well.
I haven't combined or used any other Cisco products.
Meets my needs without any additional steps from me. Security is always a concern and it looks like Webex is in compliance with higher standards.
Webex is much better than BlueJeans. Webex is slightly better than Zoom. Webex works much like Teams.
It's always a good idea to have more than one product to use. There are several days where it seems Teams or Zoom are with low quality or latency and having Webex in hand is wise.
