Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Calling

Cisco Webex Calling is used by mostly everyone in our organization. It is very reliable for calling and acts as a great communication tool. It’s very safe and secure, so we don’t have to worry about information getting compromised or leaked. Our whole phone infrastructure is virtually being managed by this software.

We have integrated Jabber with this software since both are based on the same platform. So it becomes easy to use one another’s missing features. Things that are difficult to be done via Jabber can be easily done on this software and vice versa. Pretty much solves the issues of communication.
We don’t have to worry about our meetings or important and confidential discussions being compromised or leaked because it works on a very secure platform. We have never had any such complaints from any of our coworkers. It’s managed on a cloud, so we don’t have to worry about our important information being spread somewhere else.
Cisco Webex Calling has all the features we need. It has this delightful user experience. Very easy to set up. Amazing quality of support. Audio and video quality that it gives are superb. Desk-to-desk calls are pretty good and clear. Integration with other softwares is also very easy and approachable.
Some of its features are very useful--screen sharing being one of them. You can easily collaborate among your co-workers and discuss your work, presentations, etc. Audio conferencing is also a pretty good feature since the audio quality is pretty much clear. These are the most important two features that make it outstanding.
