Overall Satisfaction with ClickFunnels

I used it for my own agency and for 4 other domains. We used it to create sales funnels for ourselves and our clients.
  • Lots of training in the member area.
  • Lots of resources and information on Facebook groups.
  • Know-how pages behind help button.
  • They need to find a simple solution for beginners, as the number of things to do is overwhelming.
  • They need to qualify their coaching applicants better, and be able to say no if it is not a good fit.
  • The need to approach training programs with less greed and more support.
  • I ran out of money fast, as I paid $2500 per month for the program with no income.
  • I was moved from coach to coach and everyone had a different opinion, so nothing ends up being 'right' as they keep criticizing each other's work.
  • I emptied out my savings account on this program that promises to,
  • "hold my hand until I get there". False advertising. I dropped out when my money was finished. Now I am bankrupt and have nothing to show for it.
  • What they did not tell me was that the super successful people they made us talk to were there for a longer time and that the 6-10 month success stories are not the norm.
Coaches only had a 20 min call and rushed through it. I never felt heard and listened to. I don't think it is entirely their fault, they were just overworked.

I was extremely disappointed with the way the coaching program went, and when I voiced my concerns with the CEO, he replied with, "Sorry to hear that". No one looked into the situation, no one qualified if my complaint was relevant or not. They sold me something that could not be done because I was not in the right space in my business to make that big of an investment. They took all my money, and when things went wrong, I just got an apology and that's it. Not the kind of customer service I would expect for the high ticket product I purchased.
