Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I run three businesses, so I use click-up to keep my short-term priorities on track and re-evaluate long-term goals. I love the flexibility it offers and allows me to visualize solutions to my problems differently depending on my needs.
- I really like the flexibility of visual representation of stages of a project.
- Editing is easy.
- User interface is fairly intuitive.
- Robust set of tools for organization and communication.
- I like the flexibility, but it can be overwhelming at times. Some easy-to-access tutorials which at the site of the features that include examples of when you might want to use such a feature would be helpful.
- It has saved my sanity.
- Allows me to focus on my productivity.

Click up is waaaaaaaaaay better than their competitors. The other gnat chart programs I have used in the past several years at a similar price point have been clunky and rigid with no integrative capacity for communication.

1 - It's me, just me. I am everything. I am the owner, the manager, the accountant, logistics, purchasing, contract reviewer, leasing agent, subcontractor coordinator, quality control, customer service, marketing team, web developer, IT, grounds keeper, and janitor. I am a Jackie of all trades and a master of my universe and Clickup is my sidekick.
1 - Again, It's just me. And honestly, I haven't had a lot of time to research all the features. A live session might be helpful.
- Post-its for visualizing my long-term goals and working out how to get there in DIRT my plant-based frozen dessert company.
- The ggant chart for visualizing timelines and making adjustments, especially in Headway, my development company.
- I can't live with out the todo lists for all three of my companies.
- I have been able to strategize my long-term goals in a way that I can easily communicate with partners.
- As we grow, I think it could be an integral part of our organization.
