Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to manage our agile Kanban dev process. We switched from Jira to ClickUp and have been very happy with the switch as we are able to do more of our processes directly in ClickUp, like maintaining an internal knowledgebase, running and recording the results of Scrum events, and goal and time tracking. ClickUp is also significantly faster and more responsive than Jira.
- Recurring events
- UX design
- Speed
- Takes customer feedback
- Stability
- API
- Mobile app
- Replaced 4 other paid services we were using
- Migrating from Jira took ~1 month
- All engineers migrated preferred ClickUp over Jira
We use ClickUp to host our knowledgebase, which includes meeting notes from all-hands meetings. Having those notes in the same place as all of our tasks and boards means that we now add links such that people can easily see what other teams are up to. We have also (unexpectedly) used ClickUp's Gantt charts to plan and visualize team roadmaps, which has been surprisingly beneficial within teams.
We have replaced four other services that we were previously using: Jira, a knowledgebase app, time tracking app, and a whiteboarding app. Replacing them has more than paid for our ClickUp plan, and in all cases ClickUp's offering is either better or only lacking due to the increased scope of ClickUp (our previous knowledgebase tool, for example, had a cleaner interface because it only had to deal with documents).
