The Project Management tool to rule them all

What would we do without ClickUp? We use the platform primarily for project management and performance management in our day-to-day work for clients. It has helped us create a visual dashboard for all of the work we have on with clients and track our performance against the budgets for those projects.

We now understand much more about the performance of our team transparently. At a glance we can see the status of any task at any stage of any project we have. And how much time we have left to dedicate to those tasks. This helps us make real-time decisions about the level of investment we can make in solving a client's issue while keeping the project and ultimately the company working at a profit.

By bringing task tracking apps like Asana or Trello into the one dashboard and simultaneously adding the ability to track time against those tasks - ClickUp has replaced at least 3 apps for us. Because it also hosts project templates for client folders and types of projects we have also reduced our reliance on our cloud hosting platforms like Google Drive/Google Docs.
