Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We mainly use it as a timetracker, kanban board, ticketing system and project planning tool. We have recently also adopted it as a notetaking tool for meetings with clients, as it can easily transform the notes into tasks. We now have a way of centralizing important info about our projects, can easily check where we are at and build future business opportunities confidently

- Aggregating data is somewhat complex, not intuitive
- Creating templates and setting defaults
- Organizing tabs at the top of the project
- Reporting to client on demand blazing fast
- Clear paths for everyone, less superfluous meetings
- Centralizing workflow reporting, info and comms
Done great in internal comms and time tracking
It has centralized a lot but not everything
ClickUp check all the boxes from the get-go, more value for money, no need for a bunch of integrations
