Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
As a freelance creative, ClickUp really helps me stay on top of tasks and keep projects in line. Before I started using ClickUp, I had a very haphazard system of keeping track of my current projects. This resulted in a poorly managed business and a lack of day to day structure. Since I started using ClickUp, I have been able to manage my business much more efficiently. I am able to stay on top of my day to day tasks, as well as plan the goals of my business much better. It also helps me keep track of projects I need to follow up with and helps me know where I am with the progress of each project. I recommend ClickUp to any personal business owner that feels like managing projects is getting in the way of actually working on their projects.

- User interface is somewhat challenging when starting off
- Geared more toward larger groups rather than single member businesses

Since I am a sole freelancer and my organization is just me, I don't use any of the collaboration features currently.
As stated in the last questions, I am the sole member of my team. I don't use these features.
