We use ClickUp to manage the project portfolio, manage all the projects tasks , change requests tasks and for the technical documentation. The tool helps us to collaborate in a better way, track and share activities.
- Task management and planning
- Create a relation between tasks, documents, projects
- Super easy way to write documentation
- Search over documents is a bit limitated at the moment
- Increased collaboration
- Improved documentation
- Better goal tracking
We have centralized the comunications, skatchups, and documentation in a very natural way.
We currently don't use automations and integrations.
