Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to keep track of my tasks for different clients and keep track of time. ClickUp allows me to use it as a To-Do list and helps me to onboard new clients and make sure that nothing is missed. The ability to create new lists, sub tasks, and make them recurring is also very useful.

Alternatives Considered

I also tried Asana but went with the free version of ClickUp when I began my bookkeeping firm. I chose to stay with them because I am comfortable and confident with their layout and workflows.

Doing a cleanup for a client’s books is well-suited in ClickUp because of the many items that need to be completed. As you go along, you find more and more things that need to be addressed. Having tasks and sub tasks and the ability to make them recurring is great.
