Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to keep our marketing operations organized! It's a great way to ensure all of our projects are running smoothly and that our deadlines are being met. The collaborative features are extremely helpful, and the collaboration and personalization features are great. Without ClickUp, our marketing department would be lost!
Pros
- Visual aspects of the Dashboards
- Personalization of the Spaces
- Collaboration aspects (comments, tags, assigning to members)
Cons
- Mobile dashboard
- Can be slightly buggy
- Being able to schedule subtasks with the original task
- Increased collaboration on campaigns
- Increased department productivity
- Reduced meetings
Our organization's collaboration has improved immensely. It's great for managing projects, tasks and campaigns and ensuring all targets and deadlines are met. As a manager, I love being able to quickly check on the status of my team members and if there are any roadblocks I can help with. It has improved our communication as a department, and has reduced the number of check in meetings we have, resulting in more effective and strategic meetings.
We have been able to simplify our work flow. ClickUp has helped us to simplify our project planning workflow, reducing the number of spreadsheets and meetings. It has also helped us when planning for priorities and strategies, as having a high level overview of what my team is working on has been helpful in determining bandwidth.
I selected ClickUp because it's a very easy process to get started with. It's intuitive and you can be up and running in no time at all. I have found other product management software to be more confusing and less user friendly. The free piece is also a great way to get started.
