Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We are a CPA firm and prepare hundreds of tax returns and financial statements. We also prepare payroll. These items require a system to monitor the due dates of these items and track their preparation as each task moves through our office. ClickUp has helped us to track these items with ease. Our tasks generally recur each year or in the case of payroll, each week, every two weeks, semi-monthly, or monthly. We sign them in when information to prepare comes into our office and continue to track them through the various phases of the task such as preparation, review, assembly, ready for pickup, ready to efile, efiling, and completed. Without some sort of program like ClickUp, we would be lost and easily miss deadlines. I've been doing this for over 40 years and used a number of different systems. ClickUp by far has worked the best for us.
