Managing Projects with Ease and Efficiency

As an organisation we use ClickUp to manager all the company programs and project. It is a tool used for daily task management and project monitoring of closed weekly tasks. On ClickUp each project has it's own program where it is monitored and the task are created by team members themselves unless otherwise. We would manage manage 5 programs with subfolders under each to monitor the employee ROI.

It a well suited platform that can be utilised by upcoming project managers to learn how to manage projects using a digital platform as it is able to integrate very good with other apps. It has made creating of task, notes and comments easy from Slack without having to jump over and over through apps just to create tasks and it's messaging is excellent.

It has made setting goals and crushing them faster. The team is able to stay on track to accomplishing company goals with targets for task completions, numbers, monetary values and more. Track progress in real-time connecting tasks to goals and keeps our objectives organised with Goal Folders. This has made the quarterly reporting easy.
