Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We mainly use ClickUp to plan out the different tasks for the teams and as well as being the central document center for the team where they can always document the project status updates and as well utilize the feature for reference to important information on the project. With this all-in-one set up it reduces task switching between apps for tasks and documents.
  • Task Management is really a breeze and the different views are icing on the cake.
  • Document management is really easy to use.
  • The App & Desktop experience is really nice and consistent, so I don't have to worry about having different experiences across devices.
  • Since ClickUp as a lot to offer in terms of features, it would be great to have a simplified experience for newbies. I personally refused to adopt ClickUp earlier until when Asana was not useful to me that's when I transitioned.
  • Free Tier, the maximum size is quite small, I do understand that it forces people to take on the paid plan, it however may force uses to have more dependence on the cloud than ClickUp. However in case the storage is at 500MB - 1 GB, the user will not be scared to store more files on the system and increase the dependence on ClickUp and in turn upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Increased our task delivery by 30% since everything is one view.
  • There was a reduction time wasted by the team from switching apps.
  • Overall as a Senior Leader in the company, I had the ability to have a bird's eye view of whats going on and delegate some of my tasks.
Well, overall, processes were streamlined. From meeting notes being captured in app, critical documents being stored in the app, and collaboration massively improving since all our activities are running in the app.I must say with ClickUp, we can best say its the second brain of the organization and without it, it would be chaotic.
Well, with ClickUp , as a team, we were able to. 1. Organise and assign tasks to different team members 2. Set a level of prioritisation for the tasks 3. Track the progress of the tasks 4. Use fewer emails and more ClickUp communications 5. Effortlessly integrate with other tools and thus increasing our capabilities
Well, ClickUp seriously out competes these other products due to the following. 1. Large tech stack / features 2. Fully customisable to the business needs 3. The Goals feature is a real game changer and the other products don't have it. 4. Rapid innovation, ClickUp is always innovating , if you are gone 6 months and return to it, you find innovations readily awaiting. 5. The User experience is exciting

Having used different task management platforms like Asana, Trello, and many more. ClickUp stood out for me as one that we could build into what we really needed with different views, Documents and share with different external parties for their input. I must say my favorite feature is the goals set up; it's been handy in setting the team's targets.

Yes - ClickUp Replaced Asana and its for the following reasons. 1. Its feature rich and we have a lot of features to choose from. 2. Its fully customisable to suite the businesses needs 3. The Goals function is a game changer 4. The Documents capability helped to centralise the documents related to the business

Well ClickUp overall compared to Asana is way cheaper but provides alot of features and this really causes a jaw drop moment and really hard to resist taking it on.
Well, its unlikely that I would change anything.
