Worth every minute & dollar!
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I run all tasks through ClickUp. I set goals in ClickUp. We track all things in ClickUp. Every team member needs to enter every task into ClickUp, and then all communication follows inside this task. I track the progress of each job in this way. What is even better, the sequence of tasks and subtasks can be easily managed, and by so doing, nothing can be forgotten. Additionally, under the Notification section, you see all things that have been changed on the task you are responsible for or a watcher or if somebody tagged you. Really awesome!
Pros
- All changes in tasks can be seen under the Notification section
- Reoccurring events can be easily set up
- Communication inside one task could be in threads
- Progress of each task with each subtask is easily tracked
- Full customization of boards
Cons
- Goal setting.
- I am distinguishing goals vs. sprints.
- Automated weekly reports based on the tasks completed in one week.
- Automated monthly report based on the tasks completed in one week.
- Automated report of tasks where the due date was prolonged
- Automated report of tasks that were not completed till a due date
- Increased productivity - at least 1 hour a day.
- Clear overview of open tasks.
- Prioritizing more easily and, as such, having completed bigger income-generating tasks.
- Have a clear mind as I'm sure that nothing will be forgotten.
We don't have multiple teams in our company. However, collaboration among team members improved significantly as the communication is more clear and everyone knows what they need to do. And nobody can claim that they were not aware of a certain task. It easily tracks the status of a task your colleague is working on, so you can track when it is your turn.
We didn't do any integration.
