Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We mostly use ClickUp for project management and time tracking. It has helped to better comprehend what everyone in the company is working on.
Pros
- A quick way to submit hours
- Clean platform and easy to find tools
- Great user experience
Cons
- Too many tools that not everyone knows how to use
- The timetrack tool is a little slow updating the hours
- It has definitely saved us a lot of time in terms of project management
- It has improved our strength as a team, working together to complete each project
It has improved communication between departments (for example, the accounts team leaves the requests for the creative team with a deadline and specific instructions, then, the creative team will execute the work and deliver it in the same task) It has helped everyone in the company to be on the same page with every project.
With ClickUp we now have time-tracking and project management in the same place, we didn't have that before so that has definitely helped improve our productivity and be better organized as a company overall. But, as I said before, there are too many tools to learn how to use so we're not using the full potential of ClickUp as a company
ClickUp is an organized and clean platform, so that makes it really easy to use and learn. Workamajig, on the other hand, was a complicated and bulky platform and it was hard to keep track of the tasks you were working on week by week. Also, the communication between teams and departments wasn't easy in Workamajig.
