Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
ClickUp is used as a cross-departmental tool to collaborate and build. We have everything from software engineering to marketing management in ClickUp. We selected the product to be versatile and hosted in one spot. It has become a one-stop shop for everyone to collaborate and work together.
- Versatility - each group/department is able to mold ClickUp into what they need it to do
- Learning - the ClickUp help center has a plethora of information to help you design your space how you need it
- Intuitive - each person that we invite to ClickUp catches on to basic things quickly
- Super User training - it is easy to learn the basics of ClickUp, but you really have to dig around or ask a ClickUp employee to figure out the deep knowledge of ClickUp
- Automation Customization - we run into a number of scenarios we would like to see automated, but the functionality doesn't exist
- Docs - this area has come a long way, but it is still pretty clunky
- Positive - created ease of communication for Operations teams saving meeting time & emails
- Positive - created a central reference point for all company initiatives & projects
We use ClickUp to manage the entire company's goals and initiatives. We use ClickUp to make decisions and allocate resources based on need. Our software engineering team leverages ClickUp to manage their agile process end-to-end.
It really has begun with us putting everything into ClickUp and working through thinning it out, rather than only putting high-priority items in ClickUp. Making it accessible to the broad organization has created a familiarity to get everyone on board and wanting to leverage the tool more.
ClickUp brings together the benefits of a task management tool and a heavy software engineering tool. Creating a single tool companies need for their teams.
