Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Our company works with clients all over Central America. We use ClickUp to address an excellent workflow thru the requeriments that we have. We use the agile methodoly SCRUM, so we need to measure our Sprints in efforts, burn-up and burn-down charts, sprints points and detail work done. Also, we use documents for requeriment documentation.

Our team use a lot the whiteboards for brainstorming, retrospective, FODA. Also, they describe all the requerimient presented from the customer, using subtask, task relationship, points, time estimated, time tracking, start date and due date. Every subtask it's properly detail and assign to different people of our team. We have custom field for team, type of requeriment, size, etc.
We use the desk app and we dedicate at least 2 hours per day to update everuthing from ClickUp. Through the day we use de ClickUp for Chrome and when the team have to go to a client, they use the ClickUp to record the meeting. Dashboards are part of our productivity and work load, to see who has more tasks.
Other apps are too complex to use, difficult to configure and have a lot of restriction. Only the admin can explote the use of the app and the team collaboration it's almost impossible. They mobile app it's not as cool as ClickUp Mobile. For Agile Management it does not work.
