Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use ClickUp as a to-do list for assignments. It has been highly beneficial and has helped me to stay organized and get things done in a timely manner. Before I found ClickUp, I was looking for a good website for a to-do list. I'd use a number of different sites, and nothing seemed to reach all of my needs. That's when I found ClickUp, and I quickly found that it provided a large number of traits I was looking for in a to-do list. I credit ClickUp to my academic success over the past two years because of how organized everything is and how helpful it has been for me.
- Assigning certain people responsibilities/tasks.
- Creating due dates and the reminders that the sites sends out as due dates approach.
- The ability to organize different tasks into different folders and subjects.
- I would like it if there was an option to choose your own preferred/default "group by" filter. Usually, when I go on ClickUp, it automatically groups my tasks by status, but being grouped by due dates is more convenient for me. However, it never saves that setting, and I constantly have to change it. It's not a big issue, but it would be nice to possibly change that.
- I do not have any other suggestions at the moment.
- ClickUp has increased my productivity because it makes it easier to sort through and manage all of my tasks. It is hard for me to focus sometimes, but ClickUp's organization makes life easier on my end.
- ClickUp has increased my grades. Again, prior to using ClickUp, I found it challenging to manage and keep track of all my assignments and tasks. Being able to stay up to date on assignments helped me from falling behind and, as a result, helped improve both my productivity and grades.
- ClickUp has reduced the amount of time I spend stressing over assignments. With the "Spaces" part of the website, I'm able to assign specific tasks to complete on certain days and put them into specific "folders." It has made life much easier, and I'm able to make to-do lists for specific days and complete them.
It has been very convenient being able to utilize the same Space from both of my ClickUp accounts. I can complete an assignment on one account and it will be complete for both accounts. I don't particularly use it often with others throughout my organization, however, I'm sure the same can be said by those who do use the site throughout their work.
Instead of having sticky notes and physical to-do lists, ClickUp has made productivity easier. Almost all of my work is completed online, so why not have the to-do list online as well? The site has replaced my need for a physical planner and speeds up the completion process by a lot because it's so much easier to assign and mark off tasks as completed when the to-do list is in the same medium as the work I do.

A lot of the other websites I have visited required me to either end up paying for a subscription or required some sort of purchase. While ClickUp does have premium subscriptions, the site is just as useful with a free account. I also found ClickUp to be easier to understand and maneuver than other sites I have used in the past.
