Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We have a large team with lots of staff working on different projects, but we also work on projects together. Sometimes we need to reallocate jobs or projects depending on staff availability and capacity.
Pros
- Allowing us to list/organise tasks
- Categorise tasks based on campus/project etc.
- Update tasks with their progress – 'to start', 'completed' etc.

Clear organisation of tasks shared by staff.
Seeing where different tasks are up to and who is working on them currently. Not all of us are full time or onsite, so it is a quick and easy way to allocate and check status of jobs.
We found that ClickUp works better for our team because we collaborate quite a lot, and it was easier to set up shared jobs and tasks for us on ClickUp. We also find it quicker to use and update.
