ClickUp for Project Management

We use ClickUp for project management and sprint management. ClickUp is a great way to keep everyone informed on progress and action items for a particular project. One thing that was very helpful was the development of our website. We were able to break it down into smaller action items and sprints.

ClickUp has helped us get on the same page and track the number of projects in progress and finished. It has given us the ability to evaluate projects that may need additional resources or are not viable and could be canceled. It has helped with turning a brainstorming idea into actionable items with due dates and timeline with dependencies.

We have been able to focus on the tasks needed to move to the next task. Without flagging dependencies, we may be working on something that will not work or be successful without the dependent task complete.
