I use ClickUp to manage literally everything, including tracking the progress of SEO campaigns for our clients, planning & executing marketing & sales strategies for our team, communicating with our team, and keeping track of the various projects and tasks that keeps our company operating smoothly.
Pros
- Organizing data to make it easy to see everything at a glance
- Sharing important data within a team
- Creating automations to make operations run smoother
- Providing an easy way for our team to communicate about specific tasks & projects
Cons
- The mobile app has absolutely horrific functionality. It's slowly getting better but the updates have been very, very slow.
- ClickUp gives me peace of mind knowing that everything is organized in one place that's easily searchable and accessible by everyone on our team that needs access
Our team is able to manage our tasks and projects WAY more easily and efficiently since we migrated to ClickUp 2 years ago. The customization that clickup provides is incredible.
ClickUp has made it possible for our team to have just 1 app to open when managing everything from our marketing campaigns to our client projects to our financials.
