Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

Managing tasks with a Virtual assistant via email was filling up my inbox with "noise". Moving everything to ClickUp lets us see the bigger picture, manage the tasks by assigning due dates, and upload all assets and docs in one place.

Pros

  • Organize tasks by project reducing the back and forth on finding things
  • Communication: Speeds up communication with team members

Cons

  • I'd love to see voice commands
  • ClickUp has enabled us to get more done with less mistakes
  • ClickUp has reduced the number of hours needed to manage tasks with my team by 15% weekly.
  • ClickUp has allowed me to work with clients in one central place while saving me time by creating tempalte folders for future clients, reducing the time spent to onboard new clients
I use ClickUp in my business and with the cohost of my Podcast. We do a lot of brainstorming for the podcast episode and can document it all in ClickUp. We also manage our tasks in ClickUp as we are both responsible for different things fo the podcast
We can streamline our process by integrating with tools we already use like Zapier.
I didn't like the interface with Asana and I feel it was not as robust as ClickUp. Who wants to move platforms as your business grows? That's no fun at all. Start with ClickUp as it can grow with you.

For business owners with teams or a virtual assistant, ClickUp can be a game-changer. It's much more robust than other "project management" platforms and the built-in AI makes it an easy selection when looking to upscale and organize your business systems.
It is a great platform to manage your clients as well. One platform for all the work you are doing with a client that provides easy access to your clients while allowing you to control the level of access.
