I primarily use ClickUp for managing tasks related to client interactions, content creation, and administrative duties as a virtual assistant business. It has helped me keep organized throughout all my areas of work. From client management and collaboration, to content creation, admin tasks, and project management, ClickUp has been a daily tool for me for almost two years now. Overall, ClickUp serves as a comprehensive platform for me to enhance productivity, manage tasks efficiently, and deliver exceptional service to my clients. I went through all of the other task management softwares out there and no other tool compares to ClickUp!

Cons

Sometimes when click on task from the calendar view on the home screen they won't open after 1 or 2 tasks that I've opened and tried to make edits on. I have to click on dashboard or other screen and go back to home for it to be able to work again.

I think ClickUp has/is saving me about 1 to 2 hours a day on task management alone.
It's has definitely saved me more time writing with ClickUp AI.

ClickUp's real-time collaboration tools have made it easier for me to work with clients and team members. Allowing me to share documents, leave comments, and assign tasks within the platform. This ensures clear communication and smooth project execution. And now with Clips it has increased our communication by 2X. ClickUp has significantly improved my project management capabilities. By organizing tasks, setting deadlines, and tracking progress, I can ensure that projects are completed on time and meet client expectations. This has cut down time on invoicing as well. I use ClickUp to capture and organize creative ideas, making it easier to develop and execute innovative projects. The platform's flexibility allows me to tailor workflows to fit my specific needs, enhancing my creative processes.

All-in-One Productivity Platform

It's only me and another team member working together at this time. but we mainly only use ClickUp for all our task management and communication needs.I got rid of my loom account after Clips feature came out. It's more productive to have everything in one place.

To keep it short, no other platform could keep up with my workflow, and meet all my business needs, like ClickUp does.

I have recommended ClickUp to all my clients who need help managing all their tasks. Especially those working for multiple clients. I've seen clients struggle keeping themselves accountable with Asana and Notion because it's not as intuitive as ClickUp. You can manage everything from the home screen without the need of feeling overwhelmed and losing time clicking into different lists, tasks, and subtasks. And the reality is so many of us stop using task managing tools because we feel they stall our workflow. ClickUp makes it so easy to update any existing tasks and view only what you need at any given time. Or if you need to create a new task you can do so really quick without having to spend 5 minutes finding the correct list or main task to put it under. I can't think of a scenario where ClickUp would be less appropriate. If you know how to set your workspace up or seeking help from the ClickUp experts you're setting yourself up for success with ClickUp.
