- Plug in to excel to allow more calculations.
- Better project management.
- Better communication inter and intra team.
- Better visibility of delays/issues.
Better KPI tracking, task management and communication within and without my team. We have a bespoke process for each department in the business, all areas use the program but need different things from it, ClickUp supports this and helps better performance and efficiency overall. Notifications, are helpful, the barrage can mean some things get lost but there is real value in tagging and assigning other team members.
We have built our process around ClickUp, I have set up a process specifically to make use of the structure of the app. We never had anything else in place previously, so it has added a huge amount of value to our team. We always refer to ClickUp as our 'holy grail' of the project and ensure all is up to date to help things flow smoothly.
