Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
My agency uses ClickUp for internal and client project management. We integrate with Jotform for "ticket" submissions that flow into ClickUp, and Zapier for advanced task notifications. We also leverage ClickUp's Dashboards for advanced reporting, and Docs to maintain our internal Wiki. Compared to other PM systems we've used and considered using, ClickUp is by far the cleanest and simplest.
Pros
- Project management
- Dashboards
- Docs
Cons
- Load times
- Turnaround times for bug fixes
- Form customization
- Cheaper than our previous PM system
- One system for multiple uses (documents, chat, whiteboards, etc)
- Improved productivity
ClickUp makes it easy to communicate with other users via task comment, tagging in task descriptions, etc. We have the ability to set up custom dashboards for each user that shows them info in the way that is most valuable to them. This makes it easier for everyone to get their work done efficiently.
We moved our internal company Wiki from another platform over to ClickUp using Docs, which was included in our subscription price. We also integrate Jotform for "ticket"/task submissions, and Zapier for advanced Slack notifications, all at no additional cost. While we would prefer to use ClickUp forms for ticket submissions, ClickUp forms are not customizable enough for us at this point.
ClickUp was the best option for us given its low price, ease of use, and clean appearance. We moved from Zoho Projects, which was functional, but required advanced development knowledge to fully customize. Zoho Projects also was not as attractive or easy to use as ClickUp has been for our team.
