Game changing tool
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp at our SEO agency for project and task management, tracking team schedules (holiday, WFH days, etc.) and to collaborate on documents.
Pros
- Task/item organisation across calendars, lists & kanbans
- Dashboards to collate data from workspaces
- Task tracking & to do lists for our team
- Overview of team's workloads
- Collaborates with Google Drive & Slack to improve tool integration
Cons
- Make Chat a true replacement for Slack
- Make the Google Drive integration less time consuming (i.e. directly access files without needing to login each time, easier to search for files, etc.)
- Easier to access chat features for workspace members
- Reduced time spent going back and forth between team members
- Able to collaborate with clients as guests to reduce lengthy emails
- Reduced time spend going between different tools
Brainstorming between the team has improved now we use ClickUp for collaborative docs, lists, etc. Task tracking is significantly easier when we can see everyone's workload and it's enabled team members to collaborate on the same task, sharing their work back and forth between subtasks or the task's activity. As a director, it's given me a great overview of everyone's workload.
- Notion and monday.com
ClickUp's features were far superior in terms of what we could do for project management and flexible enough we could adjust it to our use case. We found Notion too basic and monday.com too restrictive. ClickUp is the perfect blend of what we need and their new features often align with things we're looking to integrate.
