Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use ClickUp daily in my workflows. It helps me keep track of my content flows, tasks across my department, plan quarterly tasks, and communicate with complex tasks across my team.
Pros

Cons
- Some of the UI can be complicated at first
- fist you are repeating tasks, sometimes there are massive delays
- when several people are collaborating at once, the view cannot manage the load and when it syncs across some work gets deleted
- We can keep track of tasks all in one place
- Any member of a team can see the task lists associated with a teammate or department so that we always know the load capacity of the area
- Saved time by being able to plan accurately and better chance of completing tasks
We do our quarterly planning together. We also have automated workflows that involve different teammates across different areas based on the task itself.
Yes, we moved from using Hubspot tasks for all members of the team to something that could hold it all and still integrate with our slack, email, can calendar. It is great!
