Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We adopted ClickUp as our complete project management tool. We use it to manage estimates, web development and SEO/CRO projects, and support tickets.
Pros

Cons
- The latest version added a lot of features that can be clutter if you don't use them
- AI tools aren't that useful for me
- Would like more UI customisation options
- We moved from JIRA and it has saved hours of config and maintenance compared to running that
- It prevents jobs being missed or dropping off as it gives me oversight of everything outstanding in one place
- With a fully hybrid team, it helps keep track of conversations and who is doing what and how everything is progressing,
We often use discussions within ClickUp to brainstorm or chat through ideas about projects. Having everything on a ticket makes it easy to refer to.
We merged JIRA and Wrike into ClickUp, as well as replacing our physical whiteboard. We've not used any integrations into our stack otherwise as haven't felt the need for them.

JIRA and Wrike were best suited to large ongoing projects but wasn't very good for our agency where we have a lot of clients with ad-hoc support requests as well as large projects. ClickUp manages both easily.
