We are using CloudFlare as DDOS blocker, SSL for websites and many small internal features for performance boost. Its being used across the whole organization.

Pros and Cons

Best DNS Manager.
SSL and CDN are awesome for websites.
Detailed Analytics of Data captured when user visits Website.
Customer support and community is active and responds fast.

Customer Support via Phone Call and Other instant Chat features.
For our developer, caching was creating problem which created a downtime of the website for 30 min. So aching is an area where you need to focus if you are working with a dynamic website.

ROI is positive.
Comparing CDN of other cloud provider, ROI was more than 30%.
And comparing SSL, We saved more than 30k per Year .

During the initial phase of Cloudflare enrollment there were some challenges which got addressed regarding custom pages view. After few years we have to change the nameservers to different provider and it was in free plan and it was not possible but the support team came in call in a snap of 15 min we got upgrade the plan and we were able to change Nameserver. The project was very critical but the response time was very fast and they gave a quick solutions.
