Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)

Our entire organization uses ConnectWise for work fron home client solutions. Also for remote deskside access, remote netowk support, support and application training.

One major benefit is that in most cases, for client support issues we do not need to roll a truck. we can usually determine and solve issues on line with the use of remote sessions.
  • Fast, reliable and secure connections.
  • Easy to navigate and easy to use, especially for our end users.
  • Feature rich, reliable remote printing, muliti monitor support.
  • Improve the time line feature
  • Easier ways to customize appearance (branding)
  • Increased efficiency of techician use.
  • Cost savings to clients and added services to clients.
  • All results have been positive.
We found ConnectWise easier to deploy, fasterperformance and a better cost value.
