Frequently results in "conflicted copies" from parallel editing
E-sign-off produces new "(signed)" versions of files that don't follow the original link, resulting in parallel signatures vs consolidated
Finding documents can be difficult, since folders without access are invisible. The folder structure ought to at least be visible to know where access is needed in the first place.
