Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
My company uses Dropbox to store files and put things on the Cloud. Dropbox helps to keep everything organized and accessible! Files are easy to share with clients and amongst our organization. Files organization is a breeze and Dropbox is great because it can be integrated within our local desktop systems or accessed online.
Pros
- Organization of files
- Accessibility to share files and links publicly or privately
- Ease of use amongst all interfaces
Cons
- Making it easier to choose between sharing a link for those who have editing capabilities and those who just want to view the link but not own it
- Showing zipped files
- Less lag time when files are syncing locally
- I don't have exact numbers, but I know that Dropbox helps keep files safe
- Dropbox helps us stay organized so we can focus on other business goals
- The easy sharing of files helps to keep our projects moving and clients happy
- OneDrive and Google Drive
Dropbox is easier and less complicated to integrate into local systems. OneDrive and Google Drive can feel isolating to those who are not Microsoft or Google users...but Dropbox feels accessible for all.
