Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use it as a digital cloud storage of our creative assets and this makes it easy to share files within the company and to clients

Pros

  • Easy file sharing
  • Keeping a large library of files digital and accessible online
  • Makes it fast to download files

Cons

  • Uploading can be slow
  • Image preview can be low quality
  • Sometimes videos can’t be previewed
  • Great ROI as it keeps all of our documents
  • Can be expensive to add more storage
  • Can be expensive to have people added to the account
I prefer Dropbox because it’s easier to manage lots of different folders, the versions of files names the same thing update automatically and the interface is easier to understand
