Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

We use Dropbox to collaborate across the entire team. It is great to know that files are safe and secure in the cloud and that we do not have to send files via email back and forth. Also, being able to share download links to external clients without having to attach in emails is fantastic.

  • Time saved from not having to manually back up files
  • Time saved in client communication
  • Time saved in not having to send files back and forth internally
Easy to set up and the integration with MacOS Finder is very intuitive, plus being able to right click and immediately copy an online link is perfect. Even non tech savvy people on the team understand how to use it pretty quickly, not a lot of onboarding needed, which frees us up to spend time on other things
Dropbox beats WeTransfer by being able to integrate with Finder and by having download links that don't expire. Google Drive has some integration with Finder, but it is not amazing and there are syncing issues more frequently than with Dropbox. Google Drive has the obvious ability to integrate with Google Workspace better, but it is still doesn't stack up to Dropbox

If you need a solution for file management across a small team (especially one using MacOS), Dropbox is the best way. Being able to create files in Finder and have them automatically be uploaded to the cloud is fantastic, especially for anyone working in creative industries where file saving and losing work is such a constant pain otherwise.
