Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox

My wife and I use it for personal use, not organization. We mainly use it to auto sync photos and store all our documents. When our mobile's storage is getting full, then we just delete photos and videos to from our mobile to free up space and not have to worry as they all are already synced to our Dropbox account.

Pros

  • Auto sync of photos and videos
  • Mobile app is great
  • Dropbox passwords is very helpful in managing our passwords

Cons

  • Some times the photos and videos do not auto sync in the background unless we start the app on our mobiles
  • Accessing Excel documents, especially if it has multiple tabs is slow on mobile app
  • ROI is really good with features in comparison with other products like Microsoft One drive or Google Drive
Very easy to use, the web browser and also the mobile app for Dropbox and mobile app for Dropbox passwords. The apps are fast and reliable. Sync files really quickly across multiple devices so that we all are working on the latest versions at any given point of time. Thank you Dropbox.
The above products have good features but have some functionality missing in each of them. In comparison, Dropbox has all of them included in it which is very helpful.

Central storage of files, backups per device, Dropbox password management mobile app, Dropbox mobile app. We can share the account with multiple users and have access to the same files with latest versions. The feature of rolling back a file to a previous version similar to Microsoft SharePoint is awesome.
