We use Exclaimer to apply signatures to all of our users. We have multiple designs for different groups of users (Sales, Marketing, Production etc...) and multiple different designs that apply according to events set out by our marketing department

Before Exclaimer there was no central signatures and users would add their own, not following the company image. Exclaimer has allowed us to centrally manage this and improve our branding.

Exclaimer has been excellent for us. From initial implementation the support for getting our initial template setup was excellent too migration of templates over to the new platform.

It has always been flexible for us and allowed us to run different campaigns on different user groups all from one centrally managed location

Exclaimer has allowed us the flexibility to schedule multiple different marketing campaigns. Our sales department now cover 3 different ranges within the group - we can schedule different signatures depending on the sales reps current sales campaign.

We also now have the flexibility to add holiday and shutdown opening times to make customers aware, this has proved very successful

The ease to create a new signature within the new editor has been a welcome addition
When looking at available email signature providers, Exclaimer was the only one at the time to openly provide details of where our data is stored. This proved a large deciding factor on using Exclaimer

The guides provided at setup to securely link Exclaimer to Office 365 with all correct rules etc.. for security also made the roll out very easy
We tested CodeTwo alongside Exclaimer. We went with Exclaimer for the much easier to use editor, the support for setting up the first template and how open they were with data security.

They also provided much simpler guidance to initially setup the integration into office365 and gave an all together simpler trial

Ease of use was the most important - we wanted something that can be centrally managed, scheduled and easily updates without too much work

  • We had zero issues during implementation. The guides walked you through office 365 integration perfectly
Ensure the documentation you follow is the latest version as Office 365 changes often
Support has always been excellent - from initial setup and help with the first template to all small questions along the way, support has always been prompt and fixed any issues in a very reasonable time frame

We had a very odd issue with some signatures not applying after an update - the support team found a rule issue promptly and advised us how to fix it without compromising security

Exclaimer allows our company to standardize all signatures across desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, so we present a professional image to customers and suppliers. The templates allow us to deploy different signatures per department while maintaining the overall professional look of the signatures. As certain departments have different signature requirements this is an excellent feature.

If your company wants a scalable and flexible solution then Exclaimer is best in market. Having the ability to apply multiple rules and layers of signatures against those rules really makes this product stand out from the rest of the market. On-premise and cloud based along with the ability to attach signatures to mobile devices is a big help to most IT departments

The templates are excellent and allow different departments to use different signatures With the different rules that can be deployed, the selection and implementation of different signatures is a great benefit to IT departments and allows greater flexibility in using this product. The ability to see which rules are applied to individuals allows great ease of troubleshooting when issues arise.
While the integration of the connection to Office 365 is seamlessly integrated through the use of setup wizards, yet it maintains a secure connection between the two platforms therefore the chance of stray emails is much lessened. These features are a major benefit to anyone looking for a secure product while maintaining a standardised and professional look to their signatures.
Exclaimer was a far superior product with better technical support. The staff at Exclaimer were really helpful and even helped us deploy the first set of template signatures for our organisation, this meant that setting up new ones was as simple as following the existing templates, this level of support is what really makes the difference when you are choosing which product to purchase.

Easy of deployment and usability where the main factors in deciding which signature product to purchase, we choose Exclaimer as it was seamless to deploy and the features allowed us to quickly standardise on a professional looking signature across our organisation. The easy of deployment with such a feature reach app was the main deciding factor.
It is unlikely we would change much, once a product can be deployment and has a reach set of features which make that deployment straightforward, then provided the product is reasonably priced then we would not consider changing the selection process. Proof of concept is the main test for any IT product and usually this can be determined during the trial phase
While it does require some IT skills to deploy, its wizards and ease of use make it a dream product to work with. The ability to connect to our office 365 platform was easily achieved through the wizards along with the setup guides which showed us how and what DNS records needed to be changed.

We found that the mobile interface work closely to the full interface and allowed us to seamlessly integrate all the devices we needed within the scope of our organisation. Accessing the mobile interface is just as easy and using it is simple. The ability to have both interfaces is also quite a benefit.

It is a legal requirement in the UK to have company information in an email when sending emails external to your company. These can be very complex when factoring in different departmental needs. Or email campaigns that target certain companies. Exclaimer makes these complex tasks very simple for even nontechnical staff.

  • The ability to create a bespoke User Data Sync Schedule would be handy.
Before installing Exclaimer, some people simply created their own signatures and disclaimers. There was no consistency; most of them didn't look professional. What was worse was that some didn't even send a signature or disclaimer, which left the company open to all kinds of litigation. Installing and setting up Exclaimer ensured that everyone sent a consistent signature and disclaimer out. On top of that, we were able to do marketing campaigns for particular departments or to particular customers. I am unable to think of any scenarios where Exclaimer is not appropriate.
  • We have certainly had an ROI, but it is hard to quantify as we don't have analytics with regard to the marketing campaigns we used.

  • We have certainly had an ROI within the IT department as it is centrally managed and so cuts down on admin tasks.
We haven't used all the functionality. However, we have used creating and scheduling different email signatures for different departments and customers for a specific period. This takes the leg work out of remembering when to start and, more importantly, when to finish the campaign. It's no good running a Christmas campaign and then forgetting to turn off the disclaimer after Christmas!
We haven't used or evaluated any other products. It came recommended, so we scheduled the demo, and everything from the price, ease of installation, maintenance, and creation of templates was so intuitive and obviously best of breed, along with their quality support. We were more than happy to move forward with Exclaimer.

They represent the following departments, IT, Marketing and Business Development. IT from a setup and maintain point of view, Marketing from a consistency point of view to ensure everything is on brand and has the same look and feel and the Business Development team from a targeted campaign point of view.

All the people who support Exclaimer in-house are in the IT department. Ranging from the Service Desk which supports the AD->AAD fields that contain the information to be populated in the signature/disclaimer, to the 2nd line support, who supports the mail flow rules and the templates rules.

The functionality was the most important. After the demo, it was clear that Exclaimer fulfilled all our needs and then some.
When we did the evaluation, it was simply on the recommendation of a valued contact. This was almost ten years ago. Nowadays, we have a whole host of processes and procedures ranging from vendor onboarding questions to financial health checks. We would also have more than one vendor evaluated for such a project.

This wasn't a change. This was a new install and so simply followed Project rules.

The implementation was done in around an hour. There were no issues at all.

The product was indeed very easy to learn. We also took advantage of the Exclaimer Template design service. They created the templates for us, and we simply uploaded them into Exclaimer. From there, we made changes ourselves and so learned how to use the product.
Exclaimer is extremely configurable in all different manner of ways, from the template design to mailing flow rules. It is very extensive but not at the expense of its useability or intuitiveness. It is so very user-friendly and can easily be learned and picked up.
Have a sandpit folder in which all the templates are pointed solely at a test group of users. Make any changes to the templates in this folder first and then test fully before making any amendments to the templates in the live folder.

The support is excellent. There is telephone support if you require urgent P1 type of problems, or there is email support if it's less urgent. Both work just fine. One thing that strikes me is that, unlike most vendors, they suffer from support churn. I have spoken to the same support analysts a number of times over the last 5 or 6 years. I find them all to be very knowledgeable and polite. Indeed in some instances, actually trying to help out when it's clearly not an Exclaimer problem but rather an AD/AAD or sync issue.

We had an issue with data from an AD/AAD field not appearing in Exclaimer. The Exclaimer analyst proved to me it wasn't an Exclaimer issue by going into MSGraph and showing me that the data was missing there too. Rather than just say, "not an Exclaimer problem, goodbye," they stayed on the phone, and we went into AADConnect and double-checked everything in there, and did some testing. They went way above and beyond their remit. The problem didn't get resolved, but I was impressed that they even entertained assisting me with a product that wasn't anything to do with Exclaimer.
Exclaimer is extremely intuitive. The entire setup and config of the Cloud offering is a very slick and quick process. Once set up you can use SSO to log on, which is much easier than having another account and password you have to remember. The creating and managing of email signatures and disclaimer templates is so simple, thanks to the drag-and-drop template builder.

We use exclaimer firm-wide to present a consistent email signature for all attorneys and staff. It prevents users from embellishments that are not firm-approved. It enhances our branding efforts. The Active Directory sync is wonderful as long as you use the fields available. The custom attributes are also supported.

Exclaimer was the solution for the propensity of our users to make their own email signatures. It presents a consistent and professional appearance. It ensures that all disclaimers are included on all emails sent from the domain and supports emails sent from any program, as it is applied at the server level.
