Overall Satisfaction with Expensify

Expenses are easily submitted and reimbursed through Expensify. I also use the GPS to track my mileage daily. The process is super simple and quick, and I’m able to immediately upload expenses and keep track of receipts digitally. Everything is done from the convenience of my phone that is always with me.

Pros

Cons

  • Sometimes the app closes while the GPS is running and needs restarted to track mileage
  • I have no other issues with Expensify
  • It takes very little time so I can keep my working hours focused on my sales.
It is very simple to use. Anyone can learn to use it whether you are tech savvy or not. The GPS tracker is simple for tracking mileage. Receipts are easy to submit with photos or automatically through email. Expense reports are very easy to submit and can be automated as well. Reimbursements happen very fast and go straight to my bank account.
I didn’t have a choice on selection but I’ve used other products in the past that weren’t as easy to use or learn and didn’t adapt as easily to the reimbursement process.

Expensify works great to track day to day expenses for reimbursement. I can easily take photos of receipts on the spot when they are created. The GPS feature tracks my mileage easily without much thought, except to turn it on. Reports are very easy to submit and can be sent automatically or whenever you choose.
