Overall Satisfaction with Gist

We use Gist on our marketing website for on-site chat and for managing one of our shared inboxes. It is used by the customer support and sales teams across the company.
  • Very easy to use, intuitive chat.
  • Powerful conversation management features like assigning to team mates, snoozing, and more.
  • Unified view for conversations coming in through website chat widget, shared email inbox, and Facebook Messenger.
  • Some special characters such as accented characters do not always come incorrectly for emails to our shared inbox.
  • We have a lot more conversations with customers of a sales or product inquiry nature after we added Gist to our website, probably 3x more at least.
  • It's easier to work with Gist than our previous shared inbox approach for emails to our info@ address.
Better value for money compared to Zendesk, more all-in-one solution compared to Drip.
Gist is great for a single shared view of all your team's conversations with customers that are coming in through shared inboxes or different chat sources.
