Overall Satisfaction with Gist
We use Gist on our marketing website for on-site chat and for managing one of our shared inboxes. It is used by the customer support and sales teams across the company.
- Very easy to use, intuitive chat.
- Powerful conversation management features like assigning to team mates, snoozing, and more.
- Unified view for conversations coming in through website chat widget, shared email inbox, and Facebook Messenger.
- Some special characters such as accented characters do not always come incorrectly for emails to our shared inbox.
- We have a lot more conversations with customers of a sales or product inquiry nature after we added Gist to our website, probably 3x more at least.
- It's easier to work with Gist than our previous shared inbox approach for emails to our info@ address.
Better value for money compared to Zendesk, more all-in-one solution compared to Drip.
